    Another brilliant novel By Jodi. So much drama, lust , drama oops said that. This is a must read about two people in a crazy relationship in London. An accidental bump into each other a few times just makes it seem like fate, but is it. I guess we have to wait till the next book is released. Simply brilliant again congrats Jodi Ellen Malta’s.

    Another wonderful book by Jodi Ellen Malpas. I always like her characters, Becker and Eleanor are no exception. I love this strutting alpha male Becker and reading about Eleanor and how she tries to come to terms with Becker. This a Great read. Thoroughly enjoyed it and can’t wait for the sequel.

    Oh my. Let me pray to the saints... or maybe just Saint Becker Boy Hunt. If I’m being honest, Jodi could write something absolutely shocking and ridiculous and I think I’d still love it. Her style of writing is like no other. She has a way of catapulting you into England and catapulting your heart straight into the story.

    Becker was something else. It’s the damaged alpha thing. It’s lowkey my weakness 😂 his chat as magic charm just makes you want him in every single scene. But what I loved was how Eleanor stood up to him more than she backed down. Buuut I would’ve slapped that boy to kingdom come for some of the stunts he pulled. And the story itself was so interesting. Learning about antiques, the greatest treasure in the world. THAT ENDING THOUGH.
    Jodi’s characters are never short of amazingly perfect and flawed at the same time.
    BUT THAT CLIFFHANGER ENDING. I need to know what happens next. I’m literally going to be sitting in my bed waiting until Wicked Truths is released.

    Jodi, I hope you never ever stop writing!
    Honestly if you haven’t read this, you really need to. I wish the point system was higher than 5/5 because I’d give it 100,000 stars if I could.

    It's been a while since I read a JEM story. And as soon as I started, I knew why I always enjoy them.

    Eleanor and Becker's story made me want into their lives. I was drawn in to their world of art and antiquities, but more than anything, I was drawn into The Haven. I am willing, right this minute, to hop on a plane and Hunt (no pun intended) that place down!

    I love the push/pull between our lovelies (even though at times Becker acted like a 5 year old who had his favourite toy taken away).

    Just as I was really getting into their story and their relationship - BAM! There was something that I reallllly wasn't expecting. Then we were cliffied, gah!

    I have an inkling of how things will turn out in the second installment, however I am looking forward to seeing how things play out.

    But really, do I have to wait until November?

    I’m wrecked, another brilliant gut wrenching book by Jodi Ellen Malpas that takes you on a journey into the lives of Becker Hunt and Eleanor Cole. I was an emotional wreck as I seesawed back and forth from laughter to tears to pissed off as Eleanor’s world is turned upside down and inside out. Jodi has once again, so elegantly cast a spell that leaves you no choice but to go along for the ride. She pulls you in, weaving a tale that leaves you wanting more with no idea of which way it will go. Right at this moment I’m feeling heartbroken and only hope that the sequel, Wicked Truths will be the conclusion I’m looking for.

    I have read all the books that JEM has written ,several times ,one series I have read more than the others ..... ah Jessie ward🥰😍😍, ....I digress .......,but I feel there’s going to be a new favourite man in my life from now on , Jessie you have competition in the shape of Becker Hunt , Becker is so complex he has more layers than a millefleurs. The story begins when Eleanor arrives in London after living at home with her parents and helping her father in his antique / junk shop . Sadly he has now passed away after a short devastating illness although Eleanor feels that she should stay with her Mum and continue to run the business her decision is sort of made easy when she discovers her boyfriend in a state of undress with her BFF . Seeing it as a way to get away from the humiliation ,she decides to follow her dream is to go to London hoping to get a job working in a large antique establishment . After leaving home Eleanor gets a small flat in London and has a job interview lined up . Deciding to walk to her interview she soon realises that walking is not the best idea and she’s going to be late . Hailing a taxi she literally bumps into a very handsome rude stranger who jumps into her waiting taxi ,which then drives off leaving her fuming at the curb side . Realising now that by waiting for another taxi it will make her very late for her interview . Needless to say she missed her interview and was turned away by the company . Feeling dejected she makes her way home when she goes home her spirits are lifted when her neighbour Lucy introduces herself and the pair hit it off and instantly become friends . Financially things are looking bleak for her as she’s running out of money and need a job . Hope comes in the shape of another job interview at a mysterious sounding place called The Haven but the job details that she given are quite sketchy . Determined to get this job Eleanor is rendered speechless when she realises that it is at a very prestigious antique establishment and even more shocked when she comes face to face her boss Becker Hunt who is the handsome stranger that made her late for her previous interview . What she doesn’t realise at this point is that her life will never be the same once she accepts the job . The story is packed with intrigue ,mystery ,lots of hot sex and twists and turns galore that will make you giddy . Although I think I have an idea of how this is going to pan out but don’t worry I’ll keep my thoughts to myself . As you’d expect book one ends on a huge cliff hanger and and an OMG moment 😮 . I hope we don’t have to wait too long before we get the continuation .
